The Perch, PEI

The property definitely has it's pros and cons. First of all, the host is excellent, answering every question pretty much immediately., The property is VERY clean in both the RV and house components. The firepit is excellent. It is not waterfront though, there is a road between the water and your spot, we were disappointed with that. The house is very small with a small bathroom and shower. The RV has no water hookup, so no bathroom or shower in there. We were lucky in the sense that our 12 year old liked having his own spot in the RV, maybe that would work for some families but maybe not. I would recommend putting a TV in the RV component, that wouldn't cost much and would give the RV a better spot for kids. Also a throw sheet on the bed in the house should be a must. It's in a decent location, remote, but there's a Walmart 5 minutes away in case you need anything. All in all, it was a decent stay.

We had a great time. The host Emma was super quick to answer our questions. The cottage and RV were clean and comfortable . The view of the bay was beautiful

The house and trailer were very clean, absolutely beautiful here. The host was quick to reply to my messages and we loved it so much we booked an extra night. Definitely would come back.

Very confortable cottage for two people. Also an RV to add more space if needed. The kitchen and bathrooom have all you need. We enjoyed our stay even if it was a rainy week. Thanks!
